Foley announced today that it has been recognized for client service excellence in the elite BTI Client Service 30 for the 12th year, placing Foley among one of 11 law firms to hold this distinction for more than 10 years.
The BTI Client Service 30 represents the top 30 firms among more than 337 law firms recognized in the annual BTI Client Service A-Team survey, which ranks the best law firms across the country in terms of client service performance based on corporate counsel feedback. In the BTI Client Service A-Team 2015 report, Foley was honored in all 17 categories that drive superior client relationships, including client focus, meeting the core scope, anticipating client needs and “Best of the Best” for providing value for the dollar.
BTI’s analysis draws on direct feedback and in-depth interviews from Fortune 1000 corporate counsel to determine which law firms top the charts in client service. General counsel and C-level executives define 17 categories of client service they use to select and evaluate outside counsel. Firms that received the top scores across the board comprise the elite BTI Client Service 30.
