Partner Irwin Raij was quoted in a USA Today article, “Atlanta Hawks Agree to Sell Team to Antony Ressler-Grant Hill Group,” on April 22, 2015. The article discussed the sale of the Atlanta Hawks franchise and the implications of the deal on National Basketball Association (NBA) team valuations.
Raij was quoted saying, “The price reflects the strength of the NBA product right now and views as to what they think the market can become. This takes into account the national and local media deals and the trend of increasing NBA team valuations. … This price for this team in this market will be viewed positively.”
