Partner Joe Jacquot was quoted in a National Law Journal article, “Firms Race for State AG Practices,” on May 11, 2015. The article discussed the trend of law firms establishing practices with former state attorneys generals. Jacquot, a former deputy AG in Florida, said Foley’s state AG practice focuses on protecting companies from penalties for deceptive marketing practices that Dodd-Frank prohibits, and from other investigations.
