Attorney at Law Magazine interviewed Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, as part of its “Tips from the Top” column. Mr. Vogel discussed strategies for a work-life balance, advice on retaining clients and qualities that separate a good attorney from an excellent one.
“Generally, I think honesty is the best policy and telling the truth is paramount,” says Mr. Vogel. “Often, clients make demands of lawyers to take positions which challenge this ability to tell the truth, so they really excellent lawyers will always figure out a way to satisfy the client and at the same time be truthful.”
