The article discussed the impact of the latest appeal in the case between telemedicine company Teladoc and the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Lacktman was quoted saying, “We won’t know the basis of TMB’s argument until we see the appeal filing. That said, this is just another reflection of the parties’ intractability in this notable litigation.”
