Safety Decisions Magazine recently discussed OSHA inspections and the questions that employers should be asking with Labor and Employment Attorney Taylor E. White.
“Employers often look at inspections as isolated, as opposed to an inevitable occurrence, thinking OSHA is underfunded so they certainly can’t do a lot of inspections,” said Mr. White. “The idea is to stay prepared, including training managers on what to do when OSHA does come knocking.”
