The Wisconsin State Journal highlighted Foley’s history and connection to Wisconsin in a feature commemorating the firm’s 175th anniversary.
Noting how the firm’s practices have expanded over the years from representing clients in agriculture, railroads and banking to cybersecurity and autonomous vehicles, Chairman and CEO Jay Rothman said that adaptability to an evolving economy is one of the main reasons that Foley has survived for 175 years. “We have to be as innovative as our clients are to be successful,” Rothman said. “No question about it.”
Rothman also pointed out that the firm’s success over the past 175 years is “due to our clients who have supported us and put their trust in us. It’s both an honor and humbling at the same time.”
