Foley Represents Hi-Rez Studios in Esports Video Streaming Deal with Microsoft

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Hi-Rez Studios in its video streaming deal with Microsoft’s Mixer for Hi-Rez’s new Paladins Console Series. The highly anticipated series represents the latest move by Hi-Rez into the esports arena. The year-long series will be streamed entirely on the Paladins Mixer channel every weekend, with 12 monthly tournaments beginning in October 2017 and teams competing for $250,000 in total prize money.
