Business Insurance Explores OSHA Chief Speculation With Labor and Employment Attorney Taylor White
Business Insurance spoke with Gardere labor and employment associate Taylor White on the challenges facing the new head of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Scott Mugno.
“I don’t think this is going to be as politicized a choice as some of the others,” White told the publication. “Certainly, people are going to have questions about his dedication to the balance between employee safety versus the practicality of implementing a safety policy for employers.”
