Partner Alejandro Gómez-Strozzi was interviewed on a El Financiero-Bloomberg news segment, “Al sonar la campana with Victor Piz” about the steel and aluminum tariffs that the United States plans to impose as of June 1. Gomez proposes that Mexico be excluded from this measure and, simultaneously, that the Mexican industry should request the protection of the Mexican government before foreign steel finds its way to the country.
