Partner Larry Vernaglia was quoted in the Law360 article, “12 States Will Vote on Health Care Ballot Measures Tuesday,” about a ballot initiative facing Massachusetts voters on limiting the number of patients who could be assigned to nurses in hospitals and other health care settings.
