Boston Public Affairs Director Michael Capuano was interviewed on WBUR, Boston Public Radio, about his impression of Tuesday’s Democratic primary debate in Detroit.
Capuano, who represented Massachusetts’ Seventh District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2013-2019, said he thought it was a “great debate,” given that everything the candidates discussed was a worthy subject of debate. “It is what parties are supposed to do – debate what they want to be for and against and move forward and pick the best person that represents the ideas of the people that vote,” he said.
