Foley & Lardner represented Nashville-based SmileDirectClub (NASDAQ:SDC) in connection with a multi-million dollar package of private and public incentives, including over $2 million from the Texas Enterprise Fund, a marquee job creation fund of Texas Governor Greg Abbott. As a result, SmileDirectClub will begin a $37 million expansion into Texas, that is projected to bring 850 new jobs to central Texas.
