Foley Gardere Arena Strengthens Finance Practice with Addition of David Berezowsky in Mexico City
Foley Gardere Arena announced today that David Berezowsky Pompa has joined the firm’s Business Law Department and Finance Practice Group as of counsel in the Mexico City office.
Berezowksy has been actively involved in some of the main infrastructure projects in Mexico, in the public and private sectors, providing legal advice and representing multinational groups in the structure and development of infrastructure projects in the following sectors:renewableenergy projects, oil and gas (in contracts with Pemex and CFE), railways, water and urban waste, highways and other public services.
Berezowsky also has experience and expertise providing legal advice to clients with governmental procurement and public works procedures, including bids for the award of contracts for the acquisition of goods and services, public works at federal and local levels, and public private partnerships.
David is a 2005 graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana (J.D.) and received his L.L.M from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2017. He joins Foley from the Mexico City office of Dentons.
