Partner Carmen Decot was quoted in a Milwaukee Business Journal article, “Travel ban? Paid leave? Employers scramble for answers on COVID-19 workplace issues,” about what employers can do to stay abreast of the latest developments in the rapidly changing COVID-19 crisis.
Decot said employers need to take precautions to help stem the spread of the virus. They also need to ensure that they treat all employees equally to avoid discrimination claims, especially those in high-risk groups like older workers, pregnant women and people with serious medical conditions
