Chicago Office Managing Partner Frank Pasquesi was quoted in a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article, “Foley expands MLK Day speech contest for year two,” about plans for Friday’s oratory competition among Chicago Public School students in honor of slain civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr.
Pasquesi said the event is intended among other things to foster a passion for public speaking and stir interest in the legal profession. “We are hosting this event with the hope of introducing students to the art of public speaking and the profession of law at a young age, to inspire them, and to help them become the next generation of leaders in our communities,” he said.
