Partner Jon Israel was quoted in a Men’s Journal article entitled, “The NCAA’s Supreme Court Blowout Is a Sign of Things to Come,” which covered the impact SCOTUS’ decision in NCAA v. Alston will have on the future of college athletics and athlete’s ability to profit off their name, image and likeness.
