Of counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in an American City Business Journals article entitled “CDC reverses course on masks for fully vaccinated, puts employers on the spot,” which discussed revised recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on mask wearing for fully vaccinated individuals.
Neuberger told the outlet, “Employers are in a tough spot because many were hoping to get people back in the office, but the COVID cases are escalating and the mask issue has become overly politicized. Employers need to study the science and come up with protocols that are right for their particular situation and culture.”
