Partner Don Schroeder was featured on the HR Exchange podcast episode titled, “Ep. 71 Talking Noncompetes with Don Schroeder,” which covers President Biden’s recently signed executive order that instructed the Federal Trade Commission to limit the use of noncompete agreements.
“I think it goes back to the campaign that President Biden had. The issue of competition and ensuring that there is not unfair competition was one of the pillars of his campaign and I think this is just his effort to ensure that they’re meeting those obligations and holding true to that sentiment,” Don said.
