Partner Lori Rubin was quoted in the Daily Journal about a recent pro bono victory in an Administrative Procedure Act (APA) challenge in federal court in California. In addition to Rubin, Senior Counsel Adam Hepworth and Associate Whitney Swart served on the Foley team. The win helped ensure that senior citizens in California, and potentially in other states, can more easily obtain critical periodontal services.
