Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Patrick Daugherty is quoted in “The Cybersecurity 202,” The Washington Post’s cybersecurity news and policy newsletter, discussing the expected proposal from the Financial Stability Board (FSB) on global rules for crypto, which have many preparing for a strict approach to addressing criminal risk in digital asset use.

Daugherty commented on the key role U.S. regulatory plays in global toughness on the crypto industry, saying, “It’s fair to say the U.S. wants to lead on this globally and largely has been leading it.”
