Foley & Lardner LLP is recognized for the third consecutive year in Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Framework, a listing that recognizes law firms for strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Foley is one of 57 law firms based in the United States selected for its level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance across six pillar areas: recruitment and retention, leadership and talent pipeline, business strategy and innovation, firm demographics, diversity and inclusion + marketing, and disclosure.
Bloomberg Law’s DEI Framework is the legal industry’s first and only standardized, fully transparent methodology to measure law firms’ performance in this critical arena. Submissions to this year’s DEI Framework increased by 15%, the third year in a row of double-digit growth, providing an even more robust view of diversity in the legal industry.
