Valiente, a litigator in Foley’s Tampa office, helps protect the reputation and success of her clients by guiding them through intricate corporate governance challenges. Her practice is focused on internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and high stakes civil litigation.
Valiente is deeply engaged in her community and serves as the co-founder and chair of the Tampa chapter of Women Corporate Directors’ Women of Color Directors Pipeline Initiative to expand the representation of women of color on public company boards.
