Donald Schroeder Discusses Recent NLRB Activity

Foley & Lardner LLP partner Don Schroeder described recent activity at the National Labor Relations Board in the Law360 article, “Withdrawn Theories Show NLRB Attys’ Shifting Positions.”

Schroeder said the withdrawal of several appeals begun under the NLRB’s previous general counsel show that “we’re going to go back to a more traditional way of how labor matters have been handled in the past, prior to this most recent administration.”
