Jack Korba Assesses DOJ Consumer Protection Reorganization

With organizational changes underway and enforcement priorities evolving, Korba noted the “internal tug of war” playing out.
“Whenever you have disarray, confusion, and uncertainty on the side of the government, that usually plays to the benefit and the advantage of a defendant or a subject under investigation,” he added.
