Each year, TEW honors 10 trailblazing women in Houston for their significant impact in both business and community service. Since launching the Women on the Move program in 1985, TEW has recognized leading professionals across industries for their achievements and extensive volunteer efforts benefiting individuals in Houston.
Steely is a trial lawyer who advises companies on safeguarding their technology, proprietary information, and personnel. She also counsels executives navigating career transitions that could result in litigation. Recognized by clients across the country as a trusted advocate, Steely has represented parties in complex, high-stakes cases in various jurisdictions.
TEW is composed of professional women executives from various fields and industries who connect to foster professional growth and exchange resources. Members are actively engaged in community initiatives. Through its programs, TEW supports the development and advancement of young women in Houston, including through mentorship and scholarships that help further education and career opportunities.
Honorees were recognized at the 2025 Women on the Move Luncheon in Houston on December 3, 2025.
