Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to IKI Manufacturing Co., the Wisconsin-based aerosol manufacturer and contract packager, in its sale to private equity firm Insight Equity Holdings.
IKI offers production, technical innovation, and supply chain services to consumer and professional products companies, specializing in the development, formulation, and production of high-quality aerosol products and end-to-end solutions for its customers. The acquisition adds to Insight Equity’s portfolio, which focuses on partnerships with manufacturing and distribution companies with attractive growth and market leadership positions.
