Foley Expands Downtown Jacksonville Footprint with Move to One Tower Court
Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that it will be relocating its Jacksonville, Florida office to One Tower Court, downtown Jacksonville’s newest Class-A office building and the new home of the business headquarters for The National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
Located on the St. Johns River near EverBank Stadium, One Tower Court is the first multi-tenant Class A office building constructed in downtown Jacksonville since 2007 and the first completed component of the Jacksonville Shipyards project. Upon completion of its office build-out, Foley’s Jacksonville team of attorneys and business professionals will occupy the full fifth floor of One Tower Court.
Developed by Shanna Collective and Iguana Investments, the six-story building encompasses approximately 137,000 square feet of enclosed space, including a ground floor anchored by approximately 12,000 square feet of retail and amenity space, and more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, including private terraces. The Jacksonville Jaguars will occupy One Tower Court’s second through fourth floors.
