Foley & Lardner LLP partner Judith Waltz has been reappointed as Chair of Payment & Reimbursement with the American Bar Association’s Health Care Law Section.
Waltz is a health care partner advising clients on government investigations, False Claims Act matters, reimbursement strategy, bankruptcy, and Medicare and Medicaid compliance issues. She serves as chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and co-chairs the Health Care & Life Sciences Sector’s Providers of Health Care Services Area of Focus.
This will be Waltz’s second year serving as chair of the Payment & Reimbursement Interest Group.
