2024 NAM Manufacturing Legal Summit

De National Association of Manufacturers organiseert op 12 en 13 november in Washington D.C. in het Willard InterContinental haar derde jaarlijkse Manufacturing Legal Summit. De conferentie is bedoeld voor advocaten die zich bezighouden met de productie-industrie en behandelt de meest urgente uitdagingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving.

Foley partners Kate Wegrzyn, Greg Husisian and Dottie Watson will be joined by Sue Cass, Corporate Import/Export Compliance Manager – Pelican Products, Inc., to speak on the panel discussion titled, “Managing Supply Chain Regulatory Risk: Understanding and Implementing ESG and Supply Chain Integrity Goals.” This discussion will provide a comprehensive guide to understanding and implementing ESG and supply chain integrity principles for companies that operate in or source from foreign sources. The panelists will focus on providing a basic understanding of how ESG requirements impact typical multinational supply chains and how to use risk-based principles to meet increasingly rigorous supply chain integrity and transparency requirements.
