Alice Bronson brings her practical knowledge to deliver sophisticated solutions to complex business transactions. Alice is a member of our Business Law Department where she focuses her practice in the Real Estate Practice Group. Her experience spans supporting real estate transactions through the various stages of financing, acquisition, disposition, and development.
Alice began at Foley as a summer associate where she supported various business law and real estate matters ranging from drafting easements to aiding internal business development with extensive research on NFL stadium leases. Prior to that, Alice interned for State of Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, State of Florida Chief Financial Officer, and the Honorable Max O. Cogburn Jr. of the Western District of North Carolina.
