Olivia Dresevic represents health systems, hospitals, physician groups, digital health companies, durable medical equipment providers, and other health care industry clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance and transactional matters. She is a Tampa health care associate and is a member of the firm’s national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team.
Olivia has experience in matters involving federal and state fraud, waste, and abuse issues, Medicare compliance and enrollment disputes, self-disclosures, billing and reimbursement, compliance programs, corporate integrity agreements, health information privacy and security, telehealth, behavioral health, and transactional matters involving health care mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory due diligence. Her practice also involves advising clients on multi-state professional practice standards and licensure requirements, permissible prescription modalities, collaborative practice and supervision requirements, and corporate practice prohibitions for physicians and other providers.
Prior to joining Foley, Olivia was a transactional health care associate at a renowned Tampa-based law firm. Before that, Olivia started her legal career at a boutique health care firm based in metro-Detroit, where she focused her practice on health care regulatory compliance.
