Rachel Horewitz helps businesses navigate a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, general corporate law, and corporate governance matters. She is a knowledgeable advisor who partners with clients, providing comprehensive legal and business solutions to all types of corporate transactions.
Rachel is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. Rachel began at Foley as a summer associate where she supported various transactions. At UC Davis School of Law (“King Hall”), Rachel served as a Senior Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and was a General Member of the King Hall Negotiations Team.
