Dillon Lowery is an Associate in the Finance Practice Group, where he represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, including asset-backed lending, structured finance, secured lending, and general corporate matters. He advises clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex financing arrangements across various asset classes and industries.

Before focusing his practice on finance, Dillon worked in general business litigation, where he represented clients in commercial disputes and developed a strong foundation in contractual analysis and risk assessment.
