Allison (Allie) Miller McNamara is a health care M&A attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Allie is based in the Nashville office where she is a member of the Health Care Practice Group.

Allie’s practice focuses on representing public and private health care firms and private equity-backed health care platforms in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, as well as general corporate matters, health care regulatory compliance, and health care operations.

Prior to joining Foley, Allie was an associate at a Tennessee-based law firm, where she focused on health care transactions and operations. During school, Allie served as an administrative resident at Williamson Health, formerly Williamson Medical Center, in Franklin, TN and as an emergency department intern at UK HealthCare in Lexington, KY.
