Kai Mindick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and appellate advocacy. He brings experience across multiple federal courts, having clerked for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and three U.S. District Courts.
Kai’s experience spans a wide range of commercial and intellectual property disputes. He has worked on cases involving the enforcement of non‑solicitation and confidentiality agreements, copyright issues, TCPA allegations, product defect claims, consumer‑protection challenges, real estate development disputes, securities fraud, insurance‑related conversion, and right‑of‑publicity claims. He has also handled regulatory matters involving food, healthcare, medical technology, and governmental public information requests. While in law school, he assisted clients in farmworker and labor clinics and externed at the Institute of Museum and Library Services—an independent federal agency. Drawing on this breadth of experience, Kai approaches each matter with careful preparation, precise analysis, and a clear, persuasive presentation of complex issues.
