Brent Moreland guides health care companies through corporate transactions and other business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, joint ventures and strategic investments, restructuring transactions, general contracting, and corporate governance.
With an extensive background in health care M&A, Brent leads deal teams advising clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of ambulatory surgery centers, physician and other medical practices, hospitals and other health care facilities. He also has experience setting up medical practice-MSO “platforms” and assists health care companies, manufacturers, real estate investment trusts, and public and private clients from a range of other industries in a variety of corporate matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, joint ventures, strategic investments, negotiation and drafting of contracts with service providers, and more.
Prior to Foley, Brent was a partner in the Nashville office of a multinational law firm.

- Represented a large owner-operator of outpatient surgical facilities in connection with the acquisition or development of more than 100 facilities.*
