Jasmine Oliver is a special counsel and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Jasmine is based in the firm’s Tampa office.

Prior to joining Foley, Jasmine worked for the State of Florida as an assistant capital collateral regional counsel representing clients sentenced to death in post-conviction relief. Jasmine also worked for the State of Florida as a staff attorney and public defender where she represented clients at arraignment, pretrial conference, mandatory docketing, violation of probation, evidentiary hearings, and trial from voir dire to verdict.
