Jimmy Pham is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Orlando office, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Jimmy focuses his practice on acquisitions, sales, lending, and community development. Jimmy routinely handles various aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiation of letters of intent and purchase and sale agreement, due diligence, title and survey, closings, and post-closing matters. Jimmy also has experience in drafting and negotiating legal opinions in connection with real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Foley, Jimmy represented lenders in real estate commercial finance transactions, drafted and negotiated intellectual property contracts, represented developers and sellers in the formation of planned unit developments, and represented general contractors in construction litigation. During law school, Jimmy served as a certified legal intern for both the Eighth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida, and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Miami.

- Worked on a sale of a $550 million portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in the Southeastern United States.
- Worked on a sale of a $95 million portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in the Northeastern United States.
- Worked on an acquisition of a multi-million dollar golf course in the Northeastern United States.
- Worked on acquisition and sales of commercial property throughout Florida.
- Represented lenders in all aspects of multifamily lending.*
