Glenn Reitman represents U.S. and international lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in structuring, negotiating, and documenting finance transactions. His practice focuses on commercial finance, real estate finance, and energy and infrastructure projects, including secured lending, project finance, structured products, and M&A‑related financings.

Glenn advises financial institutions, commodity trading firms, and public and private companies on a wide range of debt and structured financing matters, including leveraged and private credit transactions, asset‑based lending, unitranche and syndicated facilities, loan sales and auctions, and financing solutions tied to commodities and trade flows. He also supports clients through loan workouts, restructurings, recapitalizations, reorganizations, and enforcement situations, including foreclosures and intercreditor arrangements.

A significant portion of Glenn’s practice focuses on energy finance across upstream, midstream, and downstream segments. His work includes reserve‑based and asset‑based lending structures, corporate revolvers and term facilities, and financings involving gathering systems, water systems, pipelines, terminals, and maritime and transportation assets, as well as advising clients active in emerging and transition‑focused areas such as carbon markets, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and green, blue, and gray hydrogen projects.
