Simon will present “Conquering Corruption and Compliance Challenges in India Inc.” during an afternoon briefing at the offices of Ernst & Young in New Delhi, India, on September 24. The presentation will cover current trends in enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, including the focus on Indian companies, the impact of the Trump administration on compliance, the new FCPA corporate enforcement policy, expectations of the DOJ and SEC with respect to cooperation and compliance, and global anti-bribery cooperation. Foley partner Rohan A. Virginkar will also be in attendance and will add his experience and insights as a former DOJ FCPA prosecutor.
