June 8, 2017
CBS Evening News
Partner Scott Fredericksen was interviewed for an episode of CBS Evening News, “Defining obstruction of justice after James Comey’s testimony,” covering whether or not President Trump’s decision to fire National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, and request to Comey to drop his investigation into Flynn’s post-election Russian conversations, were obstructions of justice.
Fredericksen explained there is more to learn, saying that “the fundamentals [of obstruction of justice] might be there, potentially, but there is more investigation in the future.”
