Their presentation is titled, “The Building Blocks to Telehealth Success: How to Structure a Compliant Telehealth Offering,” and will address the following topics: an overview of telehealth models (direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and hybrid models) and examples of companies operating in the telehealth market, corporate structures and key contracts, provider credentialing/onboarding (including licensing, practice standards, liability/insurance requirements, credentialing by proxy), an overview of key legal and regulatory practice standard issues, including state informed consent requirements, modalities, and prescribing requirements and limitations, and issues relating to telehealth reimbursement (including cash/self-pay, commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare).
