Lara Coole advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, real estate investment structures, leasing, and transactional due diligence. She represents clients in complex transactions involving a variety of asset classes and brings a practical, business-oriented approach to managing deals efficiently from initial structuring through closing.

In addition to her core real estate work, Lara has experience with broader corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and investment fund matters.
