Katharine Clement works in our Business Law Department as part of the Government Solutions Practice Group.

She began at Foley as a summer associate providing counsel and analysis of complex government procurement and bid protests, including defending or challenging government contract award decisions in both administrative and state courts. Her experience spans state and local regulatory landscapes in a variety of sectors including health care and transportation.

Before joining Foley, Katharine worked as a law clerk at a boutique medical malpractice firm, where she conducted legal research for litigation matters concerning physician groups and hospital systems.
