Partner Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, a board-certified health care attorney and vice chair of Foley’s Health Care Practice Group, will present at the Florida Bar Health Law Section’s Advanced Health Law Topics & Certification Review 2025 in Orlando, Florida on March 13, 2025. Ferrante’s presentation is titled “Federal and Florida Restrictions on Physician Referrals.”
The presentation will provide a detailed discussion of the Federal Stark Law and Florida’s Patient Self-Referral Act. This course is a valuable training program for new associates and in-house counsel and an excellent refresher for experienced health lawyers who have applied to take the Florida Bar board certification exam.
