Noah Koleske is an associate in Foley’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. He brings a strong foundation in finance, regulatory compliance, and transactional work. As a summer associate at Foley, Noah supported attorneys across the finance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and transactional teams. He conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and briefs, and reviewed complex legal documents to support client transactions and internal strategy.
Before joining Foley, Noah gained experience as a corporate legal intern at a large transportation company, where he worked on matters involving corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory compliance. He also interned at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where he drafted bench memoranda and reviewed briefs. While in law school, Noah served as Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, where he helped lead editorial operations and contributed to the publication’s content.
