Kim Shearer is a law graduate in the Business Law Practice, where she is part of the Transactions Practice Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance.

Kim was a summer associate with Foley’s Tampa office, where she gained experience drafting disclosure schedules, employment agreements, and ancillary closing documents. Prior to joining Foley, she clerked for the Florida Supreme Court where she conducted jurisdictional analysis and collaborated directly with Justice Labarga.
