Aimee Erickson helps clients navigate complex legal matters involving intellectual property litigation. She is a thoughtful litigator and advisor who draws on her unique background in healthcare and law to deliver strategic, client-centered solutions. Her experience includes conducting legal research for appellate litigation, advising on regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical industry, and supporting international dispute resolution efforts.

Aimee is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She began her legal career as a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP and completed externships with the in-house counsel of a major pharmaceutical company and with 3 Hare Court Chambers in London. Prior to and throughout law school, Aimee worked as an oncology nurse and charge nurse where she led patient advocacy and safety initiatives.
