Andrew Nassab combines legal insight with a strong technical and scientific background to support clients in patent litigation. With experience in both law and medical device innovation, Andrew brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex intellectual property matters.

Andrew is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. As a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP, he contributed to patent litigation strategy by preparing patent claim charts and researching pharmaceutical patent thickets. He also supported pro bono asylum cases by drafting client declarations. Prior to law school, Andrew worked in the medical device industry, where he trained physicians on spinal surgical techniques, supported operating room procedures, and prepared FDA submissions for new devices.
